Featuring Brazilian guitarist and vocalist Luciano Antonio, Maracujaz delivers authentic, refined musicianship shaped by international experience. Luciano has opened for acclaimed Brazilian artists including Caetano Veloso and Vinicius Cantuária, and has appeared at the Chicago Jazz Festival, Old Town School of Folk Music, and Taste of Chicago, with performances in Japan and Italy.
He is joined by vocalist, bassist, and pianist Jo Raymond, a versatile Chicago musician with experience performing with flamenco great Arturo Martinez, Otis Day, and Chicago Samba, as well as collaborations with members of They Might Be Giants, Miles Davis’s group, and Lisa Loeb’s Nine Lives.
